When will everything begin updating normally again?

Just curious as to when ratings and the story lists will start updating regularly again. If this will not be resolved until the rewrite is finished, any projected date as to when the rewrite will be complete?

I've made some great progress on the site rewrite project. I couldn't say where I'm at percentage-wise -- maybe 40%. I haven't worked on it in a few months. Not sure when I'll get back to it.
