But now I'm starting a new band called "DOG"

And yes, I have seen Metalocalypse. I actually like a lot of the music and animation in that show. Very cool.

I love all music. And Death Metal is no exception.

My Uncle Mike and I were rocking out to some old Janet Jackson the other day, for instance, while washing his car.

My musical tastes are VERY wide and include everything from rap to country.

Consequentially, one of the “ice breaker” questions I despise the most is the classic “what kind of music do you listen to?” line. As if that has any relevance to anything. People are so fucking stupid, boring, and predictable.

Am I alone in my sentiments here? It’s really hard to meet cool people in this sea of clones we call America. Fucking idiots.

Metalocalypse

I'd heard good things about it so I took a chance and ended up buying the first season set.

While it isn't really rolling on the floor funny, it still kept me captivated. The animation and violence in it is pretty cool too. So I was glad I bought it.

They definitely got the Death Metal bit down. It's probably better than some "real" bands. I like how some of the endings are really twisted. Like the rotting little girl or the invalid grandfather saying "kill me" over and over through his computer.

He's not a regular character but the one that cracked me up a lot in it was Dr. Rockso. He's obviously a parody of David Lee Roth during the 80s.

GAGAGAGAGAGAGAGAAAA! I'M DR. ROCKSO, BABIES! THE ROCK N' ROLL CLOWN! I DO COCAINE!

Seriously, I do a lot of cocaine.

The Snakes N' Barrels episode was funny as well.
