Alright, a couple years back or whenever gmail switched to 2000 megabytes of space I decided to see if i could fill up a gmail account. Myself and a few friends signed it up for inordinate amounts of spam, newsletters, alerts, ect ect.
I did fill it up, but it took a surprisingly long amount of time. Anyway, I recently heard that yahoo gives INFINITE space. I want to put this infinite storage to the test. You guys can help me by signing me up for as many mailing lists as humanly possible and/or emailing the account directly.
Please help me achieve my goal of filling up the unfillable yahoo account. It doesn't track how much memory you are using but it does keep track of how many emails you have received so I will keep you guys updated as to the progress.
The address is:
archbishopspam@yahoo.com

To sign him up we'd have to visit the site, so no thanks. Besides, it's not like he's going to do anything with it. He's just trying to fill it up... I suspect that apoth's personal creed is one word: "quantity"

Well yeah, that’s why I wanted the rest of you guys to do it since I wasn't going to.
Out of boredom, I just signed him up to Stardock and Shapnel Games (software companies)

Thanks end. Also, if anyone asks you for your email address but you don't really want to here from them, give them archbishopspam@yahoo.com
I made this account at 2:30 am Saturday and I'm already up to 917 emails. Not a bad start.
Ooohhh, if you have an email account that gets tons of spam that you don't use anymore, set it to forward all emails to my account. That is a quick and easy way to help.

Some will undoubtedly want confirmation; try not to lose those in the sea of spam you're getting. One of the best ways to flood your inbox is to join as many Yahoo Groups as you can. Many years ago I belonged to just one and recieved hundreds of emails a week.
And here are some mailing lists, not that you'd have trouble finding them anyway.

I just did like 20 confirmations in a row. Someone signed me up for a ton of "L-soft" stuff under the name "Tim the Pedaphile"
I also signed up for all the presidential candidates mailing lists as well as several yahoo groups and a bunch of google news alerts.
I will keep signing up for more and more stuff as time goes on.

You could always join a bunch of forums and mark that you want contacted anytime someone replies to a thread you started or a post you made, then copy/paste in the same "Hi, I'm new here" thread on every site. Those things send out a ton of shit.

I can think of another single word that sums all of this up: why?
Oh darling, I don't think I shall ever truly understand you! I thought you were making such good headway against your statistical mania, then I come home and find this! Perhaps we should call up Elvis and have him annul our Vegas wedding.
We'll always have the memories!

Hahahaha. I'm not harming anyone, it is a completely safe and harmless disorder.
Anyway, I just went to a ton of those free laptop websites and gave them my email address. Any free scam website I could find I gave them my email address. I also signed up for a bajillion e-zines.
Apparently they are going to mail me about 5 laptops.
Anyway, the account as it stands right now has 1589 emails, but the rate they are coming in is steadily increasing. Once I manage to get on the viagra spammers lists I should be all set.

Update: My email count is now in the quintuple digits (>10000)
The Yahoo groups are really what are getting me the most. I joined a World of Warcraft group that sends out a crap-load along with a ton of support groups for various illness's. I'm really raking in the emails now.

If you join a few sports pools on sportsnet.ca (I think theres four to choose from), you get bunches of emails.

I'll be impressed when you break a million and not before. And that's only if you don't take more than a few months to do it. Go on, crunch those numbers. How many emails a day will you need? An Apoth-worthy number?
