It's not live.

It's not really music either.

That almost made me cry a little. Almost. If only I had emotions.

No Saturday night party could beat the pleasures of youtubing to strange new worlds (much better than innertubing to Miami) Who'd wanna leave Cuba (say it KOO-BAH) anyway? I mean, the music, the moves, the cigars, the Universal Health Care...

I just wish I had some people to do my drugs with. Sigh...

Hmmm, I don't think you understand what the meaning of "Live Music" is.

Perhaps you meant to open a "cool youtube video" thread...

Oh and Tony Royster (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIUTWT_gP1k) is a badass drummer.

Anything by Dane Cook pwns humor.

*sigh*

Two things.

ONE: Dane Cook steals jokes from other comedians.

TWO: This is the LIVE MUSIC thread.

Dane cook is a silly bitch. I wasn't aware he stole jokes though. 2: I thought I saw someone else mention comedy in their post. Sorry, didn't read title.

EDIT: Ah... Humor music. My bad.

In my continued efforts to hijack this thread from poor Poopster, I'll talk some more about non-musical comedy.

Any other Mitch Hedberg fans in the house? I think he's fucking hilarious. The story goes something like this:

I was at a hostel somewhere in Eastern Europe just hanging around inside one day when I didn't feel so hot, watching the Discovery Channel on the TV in the common room. In walks my bald Canadian cagefighting friend, says something silly like, "Hot out, ey?" and sits down next to me, trying his best to restrain his ever-bobbling head. For awhile we watch hot uncensored rhino sex in silence. Then he gets out his new black nano and asks me if I've ever heard of Mitch Hedberg and would I like to listen to some of his stuff. I said no I'd never heard of the guy but anything beats gnarly rhino sex so sure I'd listen. At first I thought it was the most retarded thing I'd ever heard but as the minutes wore on and that little bobble-eyed goon kept staring at me sort of sideways, it magically transformed itself into some of the funniest shit I have ever heard. It's kind of stoned, kind of random...but give it some time and you will be on your ass laughing till you can't laugh no more. To make a lame-attempt link to this thread, I'll steal Katie's line and say that this guy also had some interesting, almost musical vocal inflections that added to the humor of his words. In any case, Mitch is my favorite dead comic. If I were a necromancer, I would totally resurrect him and I bet he could still do his bit even as a zombie under my spell. Maybe even better. So anyway, I gave the ipod back to my friendly neighborhood kanuck who then asked if I'd be interested in some hot rhino sex in the bathroom.

Traffic Lights are a lot like bannanas. In Traffic lights, green means go, yellow means slow down, and red means stop. In bannanas, green means it's not ripe yet, yellow means it's ready, and red is like "What the fuck?! A red bananna?!" - Mitch (paraphrased)
