Concerning avatars, I haven't found one that suits me yet. I'm not even sure what I'm looking for. I'm searching for a place in life as it is. It's hard to choose an image to define myself when I'm still not quite sure who I am. Yes, I'm well aware I could change it on a whim, but I'd rather not commit to something substandard or that gives the wrong impression. Anyway, the absence of an avatar on the new forum is not quite the eyesore it was on the old one. I'll get around to choosing something eventually, but in the meantime, the absence of an image represents me just as well.
