Yeah, I still post as much as I ever have, so I can't be blamed for any perceived slow down. I have also been busy trying to keep content being added to my own site, as well as working on my hunt for a job and writing my novel (and related works), so I actually feel rather busy.

I would think that any real slowdown here would be on the shoulders of the one with the overactive post count... oh wait, that's you. So perhaps we should all be bugging you about why things have slowed down so much here.

Personally, I think new people talking freaked everyone out and they are now trying to be on their best behavior... which means they sit in the corner with their mouthes shut just like mother told them to when they were young, or they get the switch again.

It's not my fault, I've posted several new threads, I just haven't had anyone to talk to. It takes 2 to tango, unless you are chubby or leblanc.

End is basically gone, Ves has been run out of town and DEP is MIA. I think that partially explains it. We have somehow managed to transform IS into a sausage fest.

I like sausage.

I'm still here, like I said I've just been busy with other stuff. I figure DEP's been busy with other stuff as well.

I have no idea why Ves insists on her self-imposed exile though, it's not like anyone here hates her.

See four or five posts up, asshole.

I could always post a pic of the game of Jenga we played tonight. My best friend and I (both masters of stacking things... you should see our dice towers) played this while waiting for others to arrive.... It was more or less a tie. We got to a point where there were no more legal/possible moves (although technically I lost because I would have had to go next and no matter what was moved it would instantly cause a fall).

So you've essentially mastered Jenga. Next time, cover all the pieces in oil before you play. That would make things a bit more interesting. Alternatively, light them on fire.

That would be a cool design for a skyscrapper.

Breathing life back into the forums by discussing jenga prowess. Good thinking, dragavan.

This reminds me of a funny little rule in some old war game. It was one of those NATO/Soviets/Cold War themes. The key was to win without setting off nukes, but the designers put in a section for it that stated:

"To simulate a nuclear war, dip the board in lighter fluid and set it on fire."

There was another old wargame about the Trojan War. The last rule said if you wanted to simulate the Odyssey, you were to take the Odysseus piece and throw it in a random direction. He now has 10 years to find his way back into the box.

Afroman came to my college last night. The guy has no musical talent whatsoever but it was a wild party. I've never seen such blatant disregard for the law ever, it was great.

Afroman? Doesn't that guy like tall cans (http://youtube.com/watch?v=NVZqu4CcqNQ)?

I hear all that guy needs is some Colt45 and 2 Zigzags (http://youtube.com/watch?v=8xl7PVp4O2k)

God I would love to smoke a joint today but I can't.

Dammit. Stupid probation. Only 9 more months! I get off probation the same day the new president gets inaugurated. So while Bush is in office, is how I look at it. I'm fucked while Bush is in office.

I'm gonna smoke me a FATTY on that day, you better believe!

That's gonna be a good day.

That is what you get for being an idealist.

This just proves her point further.

Being an idealist in the face of adversity makes you a human.

I'm sort of a transcendental humanist.
