It’s interesting to compare how two similar sites have forums vastly different from each other.

Calling someone an asshole over at CYS would probably be starting a flame war, while over here it’s basically like saying “Hello!” and nobody even gets mad about it.

So far from what I’ve seen they don’t have anything too twisted as far as stories. I mean I think their #1 story “Mommy Can I Go out to Kill Tonight” is also their most controversial, but it would be just standard stuff here as far as offensive content goes.

Haven't come across stories with folks dancing in the blood of little girls and fucking their sister going on.

I’d rather not waste my time and energy since any such attempt would probably be met with deletion. Really crappy or really offensive stories get deleted over there. (Through periodic democratic voting)

I'm going to put two stories up.

Something experimental and an existing story that I have on here.

I'm debating between Ducky Park, Brothers, and Third Eye.

Ducky Park because of the offensiveness of the humor. Brothers because it is depressing as shit.* Third Eye because the 'protagonist' is a crook who takes advantage of innocent people all the time.

Of course, this would mean some major work if I go with Brothers or Third Eye. That's not necessarily a bad thing, since I've been meaning to work on them for a long time. If I do Ducky Park, it'll be an easy job. There's only two rooms to write. I would probably add to Ducky in a few areas, maybe five or six more rooms. (I think I'll throw a poll up on that.)

-by the way, having read the interview, EndMaster, I have to compliment you on your choice for closing remarks. Very good stuff.

lol, you're right our forums and stories are generally rated PG (at worst) but the games can be whatever you want.

Our members regulate the forums but I regulate the stories- and you're right, if it sucks it's gone!
BUT if it's actually fairly good, even if it is offensive, I'll leave it up as long as the maturity rating is set accurately.

Of course if the point of the story is to simply be offensive... well that's a different story.
