I just added a "previous rooms" list in the room footer. I came up with this because I am currently in the process of writing an intelligent "back link" engine for the rooms.
If the user came to a room by a way other than a choice, I'd have no way of knowing the proper "back" link to use. In those cases, I intended to either:
a) show a list of the rooms that have choices that lead to current room
b) redirect automatically if the room only had one leading choice
Now, I intend to only show the Back link when the user truly comes from a choice within the story. Otherwise, the user will be left to use the previous rooms link.
