Copy/Paste Unicode

I have converted all legacy rooms and choices to be utf8-encoded in the database. Any post-v2-launch rooms are already being saved and server properly (I believe).

I've pasted some msword-created extended ascii into my profile. Check this out and make sure you are seeing the proper characters.

Here are some legacy rooms that had trouble. Please note that some may be private or deleted so you won't have access. If you have time, please spot check some.

Besides creating a room with funky characters, you can also send a message to yourself or edit your profile. Create your funky characters/symbols in word or equivalent on a Mac. Copy and paste them into your profile and save. Then view your profile.

Just tested copy/pasting a new page and modifying and old page. Looks like there aren't any problems now as everything is coming up the way it should.
